Agronomist (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct field trials and experiments to test new crop varieties, fertilizers, pesticides, and farming techniques.
- Analyze and interpret data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for crop improvement.
- **Crop Management**:

- Monitor crop health and growth, identifying issues related to pests, diseases, and environmental conditions.
- Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
- **Soil Science**:

- Conduct soil sampling and analysis to determine nutrient content, composition, and other critical soil properties.
- Recommend soil management practices to enhance fertility and structure.
- **Advisory and Support**:

- Provide technical advice to farmers and agricultural businesses on crop planning, soil management, and sustainable farming practices.
- Assist in the development of farm plans, including crop rotation schedules, irrigation strategies, and fertilization programs.
- **Sustainability**:

- Promote and implement sustainable agricultural practices to minimize environmental impact.
- Stay updated on and advocate for the latest developments in agricultural sustainability and technology.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
