- **Real-Time WhatsApp Communication**:

- Monitor WhatsApp messages from drivers and provide updates to dispatchers on delivery status, delays, and any changes.
- **Driver Support**:

- Assist drivers with route issues, delays, and operational challenges via WhatsApp and on-call support when needed.
- **Coordination with Dispatch Team**:

- Relay important driver information to dispatchers, ensuring alignment on schedules and adjustments.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Address driver and operational issues promptly, offering solutions to minimize delays and disruptions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in Dispatch background
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick thinking to address driver and operational challenges.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable with WhatsApp, basic office software, and fleet management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
