**FLAME University, Pune** (Maharashtra, India), is the pioneer of liberal education in India. With a strong focus on interdisciplinary research and teaching, the Faculty of Communication has recognized strengths in Advertising, Branding, Digital Marketing, Film & Television Management, Journalism and other new age forms of media managementt. It provides an environment for faculty to conduct independent and collaborative interdisciplinary research, create industry-academia linkages and contribute to the growth and development of the university. FLAME University offers undergraduate as well as postgraduate programs that allow students to gain rigorous interdisciplinary training and opportunities to complement their research activities, build networks/professional references, and advance their career aspirations. Overall, the Faculty of Communication stands for intellectual freedom, curiosity, and academic integrity.
While we welcome applicants from any area of Advertising & Branding ,we are particularly interested in applicants with an expertise in areas such as **Introduction to Advertising, Marketing & Advertising, Brand & Product Management, Marketing Research & Analytics, Consumer & Audience Behaviour, Advertising Strategy, Brand Planning, Innovative Marketing, Retail Marketing and Communication, Luxury Brand Management Corporate Communication and Reputation Management.**
Faculty responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. Our expectation is that a successful applicant will:
1. Undertake independent high-quality research as well as work actively with existing members to build a strong interdisciplinary community of scholars who are committed to delivering cutting-edge research and innovation
2. Translate research findings into evidence-based practices, programs and policies
