**Job Summary**: As a Skin Therapist cum Nurse, you will combine your expertise in skincare treatments with nursing knowledge to provide comprehensive skincare services and medical support to clients. You will perform skincare treatments, assess skin health, and offer medical guidance and care related to dermatological conditions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Skincare Treatments**:

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and specialized masks.
- Administer treatments for specific skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, aging signs, and sensitive skin conditions.
- Utilize advanced skincare techniques and tools to achieve optimal results for clients.

2. **Medical Assessment and Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough skin assessments to evaluate clients' skin conditions, concerns, and treatment goals.
- Assess medical history, allergies, and contraindications related to skincare treatments.
- Collaborate with dermatologists or healthcare providers to develop integrated skincare plans for clients with medical conditions.

3. **Patient Care and Treatment Administration**:

- Administer medical treatments related to skincare under the direction or supervision of a licensed healthcare provider (e.g., medications, injections).
- Monitor clients' skin health and responses to treatments, documenting findings and progress.

4. **Client Education and Counseling**:

- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Provide guidance on skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits based on clients' skin type and conditions.
- Offer advice on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and habits that impact skin health.

5. **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories.
- Document medication administration, adverse reactions, and client responses to skincare treatments.

6. **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to professional and regulatory standards, including infection control protocols, safety measures, and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to perform skincare treatments and medical assessments.
- Manual dexterity to use skincare tools and equipment effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in a clinical setting, medical spa, dermatology clinic, or private practice environment.
- Interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds and with various skincare needs.
