We are looking for a passionate and skilled Foundation Faculty with an MVA or MFA qualification to join our design education team. The role involves teaching core foundation courses that lay the groundwork in visual thinking, design elements, and creative expression for first-year students across design and art disciplines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver foundational courses such as Drawing & Composition, Elements & Principles of Design, Color Theory, 2D & 3D Forms, and Visual Communication.
- Facilitate hands-on learning through studio practice, critiques, and workshops.
- Inspire students to explore creativity, aesthetics, and conceptual thinking.
- Develop and maintain lesson plans, learning outcomes, and student assessments.
- Support student development with guidance, feedback, and portfolio building.
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, reviews, and cultural events.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- MVA / MFA in Visual Arts, Applied Arts, or related discipline
- Strong foundation in drawing, color, design theory, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in traditional media and/or digital tools (Photoshop, Illustrator preferred)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Passion for art, design, and creative education

**Preferred**:

- Prior teaching experience or academic project work
- Participation in art shows, workshops, or exhibitions
- Exposure to interdisciplinary design or fine arts education
