Job Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive visual inspections of residential properties, including interiors, exteriors, and structural components.
- Evaluate the condition of foundations, roofs, walls, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other key components.
- Document findings accurately and thoroughly, including photographs and detailed notes.
- Identify safety hazards, deficiencies, and areas in need of repair or maintenance.
- Verify compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Test appliances, fixtures, and other household systems for proper operation.
- Assess insulation, ventilation, and environmental factors such as mold, asbestos, and radon.
- Communicate inspection findings clearly and effectively to clients, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
- Provide recommendations for repairs, improvements, and maintenance based on inspection findings.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
