Job Title: Fun Officer

Job Summary: The Fun Officer at Balakridaa is responsible for organizing, supervising, and engaging children in safe and enjoyable play activities. They ensure a clean and secure play environment, monitor children's behavior, assist with food and drink service, perform administrative tasks, and adhere to established standards and policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Observe and monitor children's play activities, ensuring their safety at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized play environment, including the storage and sanitization of toys and equipment
- Assist with food and drink service, including meal preparation and serving
- Discipline children when necessary and recommend appropriate actions to management
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as taking attendance, editing internal paperwork, and making phone calls
- Open and prepare the Kids Club for daily activities, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet
- Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome, and maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Maintain qualifications and certifications as required by the Hotel, and ensure the safe management of the kids club environment
- Ensure the safety and security of children within the confined area
- Follow established Operation Childcare Standards, Policies, procedures, and Health guidelines

Qualifications:

- +2 or equivalent, with previous experience working with children
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Basic computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude
- Knowledge of child development and behavior, with the ability to discipline and recommend appropriate actions as needed
- Current CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the job.

Working Hours: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with occasional flexibility required based on operational needs.

Overall, the Fun Officer plays an essential role in ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of children at Balakridaa, providing a positive and memorable experience for both children and their parents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 42 per week

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
