You’re not just another content creator—you’re a trend-spotter, a storyteller, and a viral genius who knows what makes people stop scrolling. You live and breathe Reels, and Shorts, and you understand how to make content that explodes overnight. You’re confident on camera, full of energy, and have a knack for turning everyday moments into engaging stories.

What You’ll Do:
Be the Face of Loreto - You’ll be the personality behind our brand, appearing in videos and engaging directly with our audience.
Create Viral Content - Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-energy videos that have the potential to go viral.
Master the Algorithm - Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and viral challenges to keep our content fresh.
Basic Editing & Effects - Add quick cuts, text overlays, transitions, and effects to make content stand out.
Bring Ideas to Life - Understand our brand’s vision and turn it into engaging, relatable, and entertaining content.
Go Live & Interact - Host Instagram/Facebook live sessions, Q&A, and behind-the-scenes content.
Analyze & Optimize - Track content performance, experiment with different styles, and double down on what works.
Engage with Our Community - Comment, respond, and interact with our audience to build brand loyalty.

What You Need:
Natural On-Camera Presence - Charismatic, expressive, and engaging—you make people want to watch.

Viral Mindset - You understand hooks, storytelling, and what makes content shareable.

Strong Social Media Skills - Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and their algorithms.

Basic Editing Skills - Proficiency in apps like CapCut, VN, InShot, or Premiere Rush.

Fast Execution - Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit content quickly without compromising quality.

Creativity & Humor - Ability to make content that’s fun, relatable, and share-worthy.

Trend-Savvy - You don’t just follow trends; you predict them.
