We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser at Abhay and Abhi Exports, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of production, effective communication with buyers, and overall success of our fashion accessory lines. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment to deliver top-notch products to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Buyer Coordination**:Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their specific requirements.
Communicate product specifications, timelines, and pricing effectively to meet buyer expectations.

**Production Management**:Oversee the production process, ensuring that all manufacturing activities are on schedule and within quality standards.
Collaborate with production teams to monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.

**Quality Control**:Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the production process to meet our high-quality standards.

**Senior Management Collaboration**:Work closely with senior management to provide regular updates on production progress and challenges.
Collaborate on strategic planning and decision-making related to product lines.

**Supply Chain Management**:Manage and optimize the supply chain to minimize lead times and reduce production costs.
Identify potential supply chain issues and develop proactive solutions.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and buyer communications.
Prepare and present reports on production progress and performance metrics.

**Language Proficiency**:Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, to effectively liaise with international clients and partners.

**Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends and market demand to assist in product development and decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in merchandising, production management, or a similar role in the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and market dynamics.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
