Nursing Superintendent

**Nursing Superintendents**:
We are seeking two passionate and experienced Nursing Superintendents to join our Nursing leadership team and spearhead nursing excellence at our Dr.KNS Memorial Hospital, Barabanki, UP. As a proven leader with a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and productive environment for our nursing staff, ensuring optimal patient care, and driving continuous improvement in line with NMC, NABH standards/processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the nursing department, aligning goals with hospital objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional development, and meticulous medical record documentation.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management of nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to established protocols.
- Ensure adherence to all NMC, NABH regulations, policies, and protocols, maintaining impeccable medical records and audit readiness.
- Manage the nursing budget effectively, optimizing resources and controlling costs while meeting accreditation requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care and maintain comprehensive medical records.
- Represent the nursing department in meetings and committees, advocating for staff, resources, and compliance with regulations.
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in nursing, healthcare, and medical record management.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Nursing (MSc Nursing) from a recognized university (preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a reputable healthcare setting with demonstrably strong documentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.
- Strong teaching and mentorship abilities, emphasizing accuracy and adherence to protocols in medical record keeping.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and information systems, including MRD platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of NMC, NABH, and MRD standards and accreditation processes.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
