**Professional Development**:Stay current with advancements in the field through continuous learning and research. Engage in professional organizations and networks to enhance departmental visibility.

**Administrative Duties**:Assist in departmental administrative tasks, including assessment and accreditation activities.
Collaborate with colleagues on departmental and institutional initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in the relevant field or a valid qualification from a State Level Examination such as NET, GATE, or STET.

Strong commitment to teaching excellence, research, and academic development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based academic environment.
Strong research background in the specified specialization areas.
