As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be embarking on an exciting journey to develop your skills and contribute to various design projects. Your role will involve collaborating with the design team and assisting in the creation of visually compelling designs that effectively communicate messages.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Support**: Assisting senior graphic designers in developing design concepts, layouts, and visual elements for various projects.
- **Visual Asset Creation**: Utilizing graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create graphics, illustrations, and other design assets.
- **Layout and Composition**: Supporting the team in creating visually appealing layouts and compositions that align with design principles and project requirements.
- **Image Editing**: Assisting with image editing tasks, including retouching, cropping, and enhancing visuals to ensure high-quality graphics.
- **Branding Assistance**: Contributing to the development and maintenance of visual identities by assisting in the creation of logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- **Print and Digital Design Execution**: Assisting in the implementation of designs for print materials, digital platforms, and online marketing materials.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Working closely with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure effective communication throughout the design process.
- **Research and Trends**: Staying updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- **Learning and Growth**: Actively seeking opportunities to enhance your design skills and staying open to feedback and guidance from senior designers to continually improve your craft.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design guidelines and project specifications.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within the team and with clients.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design techniques and software updates.
- A creative mindset with a passion for design and a strong desire to grow as a graphic designer.

**Salary**: ₹10,763.84 - ₹20,000.00 per month
