Your Main Goal Is To Boost Our Sales By Reaching Out To The Existing Customers As Well As Potential Customers. As A Telecaller, You Are Responsible For Handling Sales Over The Phone Entirely.
- Skills & Abilities:

- Answering Phones And Explaining The Product And Services Offered By The Company
- Contacting Existing Customers As Well As Prospective Customers
- Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Specifications
- Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services
- Making Recordings Of All The Sales Phone Calls And Sales Deals
- Taking And Processing Product Orders In A Professional Manner
- Suggesting Solutions Based On Customer’s Needs And Requirements

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation
- Cold Calling
- Call Existing And Potential Customers To Inform, Convince And Sell The
- Company's Products And Services Regarding Develop And Sustain Solid Relationships With
- Customers To Encourage
- Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge To Enhance Performance
- Refer Customer Requests/Complaints To Designated Departments And
- Follow-Up To Ensure Action Has Been Taken
- Fulfill Target

**Requirement**
- Work Experience As A Tele Caller Or A Similar Role In The Sales Department (preferred)
- Exceptional Oral And Written Communication Skills
- Good Communication Skill
- Languages:

- English (required)
- Hindi (required)
- Gujarati (preferred)
- Basic Computer Skill
- MS Office
- Internet Surfing
- Ability To Work In A Team Or Individually As And When Required
- Ability To Manage And Handle Multiple Tasks
- Outstanding Problem-Solving Skills
- Hard-Working Individual
- Good Time Management Abilities

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
