JR69121 Test Burn In Process

1) As a Test Process Engineer, you are responsible for equipment buyoff and process readiness to support manufacturing start up.

2) You are required to work with cross functional team to ensure the process readiness, and qualify for ISO certification.

3) Continuous drive for process improvement to support the business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Primarily responsible for equipment buyoff and process readiness to support manufacturing start up

2) Work on resolving manufacturing line problems

3) Work closely with cross functional team on audit certification

4) Responsible for new process baseline qualifications

5) Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities

6) Coordinate and carry out process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process step

7) Liaise with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives

8) Develop and optimize processes to improve product quality and reliability
