**Dyeing Operations**:

- Monitor dyeing machine settings and ensure proper dye mixtures, temperatures, and times are maintained.
- Coordinate with the production team to implement dyeing programs as per the production schedule.
- **Washing and Dhulai**:

- Oversee the washing (Dhulai) processes after dyeing, ensuring proper treatment to maintain the fabric’s softness, color, and texture.
- Ensure washing machines are maintained and calibrated according to fabric and dyeing specifications.
- **Process Monitoring and Program Management**:

- Design and implement dyeing and washing programs, optimizing for fabric type, color requirements, and efficiency.
- Continuously monitor process parameters like temperature, pH levels, and chemical concentrations.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and optimize dyeing schedules to meet deadlines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on dyed fabrics, ensuring uniformity and colorfastness.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to fabric defects, color inconsistencies, or improper washing results.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to maintain high standards in dyeing and washing processes.
- **Inventory and Chemicals Management**:

- Maintain an updated inventory of dyes, chemicals, and washing agents.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
- Liaise with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of dyeing materials and chemicals.
- **Team Supervision and Training**:

- Lead and train the dyeing and washing staff on best practices, machine operation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all team members follow established safety and environmental guidelines during dyeing and washing operations.
- **Machine Maintenance**:

- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that dyeing and washing machines are regularly serviced and functioning efficiently.
- Report any machine malfunctions or downtime immediately for timely repair or maintenance.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of dyeing and washing processes, including dye mixtures, machine settings, and production batches.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dyeing and washing operations, highlighting any issues or improvements.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the dyeing and washing processes.
- Implement procedures to minimize chemical waste and ensure safe disposal practices.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure that the dyeing processes align with design requirements and production schedules.
- Provide technical support and insights to improve dyeing techniques and enhance overall production quality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
