**Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Voice Process Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, providing information about our real estate services, generating leads, and assisting clients throughout their property buying or selling journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiries, including property sales, purchases, rentals, and other services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads from call interactions and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives.

**Requirements:

- **
- HSC and above
- Good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Fresher's and experience both can apply
- 1-2 years of experience in a voice process, telemarketing, or customer service role, preferably in the real estate sector.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
