Designation: Regional Visual Merchandiser - West Region

Base Location: Mumbai
Budget: upto 6.5LPA

ABOUT THE ROLE: Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for each store depending on brands available and space
2. Ensuring the brand concept and vision is incorporated into shop floor design
3. Share Sketches of display concept for each store
4. Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for product and swatch display
5. Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays. - Especially for festive season
6. Create attractive concepts to be used in-store signage and all displays like window, counter, trial room etc.
7. Changing displays to promote brands, events, new launches or Marketing activities or per trends.
8. Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
9. Monitoring costs and working within budget.
10. Ensure the general visual up keep of the store is maintained like paint, polish, plants, props, packaging and other pieces on the floor
11. Ensuring the design concepts are followed by monitoring floor display through daily pictures shared by each store

Skills required:
2. Should have work experience in visual merchandising
3. Should be aware about recent fashion trends
4. Should have good knowledge about the products & how retail industry operates
5. Talent in designing the presentation of goods and good spatial imagination
6. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
7. Pronounced customer and service orientation
8. Self-motivated, Inspired to make a difference, and open to travel

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
