**JOB DESCRIPTION-**

As a video Editor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the editing process of short-form video content for social media platforms, with a specific focus on Instagram Reels. You will collaborate with the creative team to understand company objectives and deliver engaging and visually appealing Reels that align with the organization's brand and target audience. Your role will involve selecting and editing video clips, adding music, text, and effects, and ensuring the final product is of high quality and meets company requirements. Proficiency in video editing software, creativity, and a keen eye for storytelling is essential for success in this role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES-**
- Select and trim video clips, arrange them in a compelling sequence, and ensure smooth transitions between clips.
- Add music, sound effects, text overlays, and visual effects to enhance the Reels' impact and engagement.
- Optimize Reels for social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, duration limits, and other platform-specific requirements.
- Incorporate trending and relevant effects, filters, and transitions to keep the Reels visually appealing and up-to-date with current trends.
- Ensure consistent branding across Reels by adhering to the organization's brand guidelines, including color schemes, fonts, and visual elements.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as videographers to integrate additional elements into the Reels when needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media video editing, particularly for Instagram Reels.

**REQUIREMENTS-**
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role, with a focus on short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or relevant software for editing Reels).
- Excellent understanding of video editing techniques, visual storytelling, and composition.
- Proficient in adding music, text, effects, and transitions to enhance the impact of Reels.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and familiarity with the specific requirements for Reels.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards and meet company requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
