Job Title: Quantitative Trainer (GMAT/GRE/SAT/CAT)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development:

- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum materials and lesson plans focusing on quantitative reasoning topics covered in GMAT, GRE, SAT, and CAT exams.
- Ensure that curriculum materials are up-to-date, aligned with the latest test formats, and effectively address the specific needs of students.
- Instruction and Delivery:

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals or small groups of students, both in-person and online.
- Provide clear explanations of quantitative concepts, strategies, and problem-solving techniques relevant to the targeted exams.
- Offer personalised instruction and feedback to students to address their strengths and weaknesses and help them improve their performance.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

- Administer diagnostic assessments to evaluate students' baseline quantitative skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Track students' progress through regular practice tests and assignments, and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Student Support and Guidance:

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students, offering encouragement, motivation, and mentorship throughout their test preparation journey.
- Address students' questions, concerns, and challenges in a timely and effective manner, both during and outside of scheduled training sessions.
- Test-taking Strategies:

- Teach students effective test-taking strategies and time-management techniques to optimise their performance on the quantitative sections of the exams.
- Familiarise students with the format, structure, and types of questions encountered on GMAT, GRE, SAT, and CAT exams, and provide strategies for tackling each question type.
- Performance Analysis and Feedback:

- Analyse students' performance on practice tests and assignments, identifying patterns and trends in their strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide detailed feedback to students on their performance, highlighting areas of improvement and offering actionable recommendations for further study and practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in quantitative reasoning concepts, including algebra, geometry, arithmetic, and data interpretation.
- Previous experience teaching, tutoring, or coaching students for standardised tests such as GMAT, GRE, SAT, and/or CAT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with test preparation materials, resources, and best practices for GMAT, GRE, SAT, and/or CAT exams.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
