Key Responsibilities
- **Instruction and Classroom Management**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver detailed and engaging biology lessons tailored to the NEET syllabus.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a respectful and focused atmosphere.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update curriculum plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials specifically for NEET preparation.
- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with NEET exam patterns and covers all necessary topics comprehensively.
- Incorporate innovative teaching techniques, visual aids, and interactive activities to enhance understanding.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer mock tests, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress and readiness for NEET.
- Provide detailed feedback and analysis to students to help them improve their performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- **Student Support**:

- Identify and address individual learning needs and provide additional support and mentoring to students.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full academic potential.
- Foster a supportive and challenging learning environment.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with the latest developments in NEET exam patterns, biology content, and educational best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and departmental meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, strategies, and best practices.
- **Parental and Community Involvement**:

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and institute events.
- Engage with the community to promote the institute's academic programs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Master’s degree or higher in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in NEET coaching or competitive exam preparation.
- Proven track record of helping students achieve high scores in NEET.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sangli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
