Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions at home.
- Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, and overall health status.
- Set up and operate dialysis machines according to established protocols.
- Administer medications and intravenous solutions as prescribed by the nephrologist.
- Monitor patients closely during dialysis, noting any changes in their condition.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting vital signs, medications, and other relevant information.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Specialized training or certification in nephrology nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
