- **Mentoring**: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to trainees to foster their growth and development as graphic designers.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other trainers and departments to coordinate training programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training content and delivery methods for enhanced learning experiences.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
