**Job Summary**:
The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the organization. The role ensures that all electrical systems are functioning optimally and comply with safety standards, minimizing downtime and contributing to smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Electrical Installation & Maintenance**:

- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot problems, and repair electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as millimeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes for identifying faults
- **Preventive Maintenance**:.
- Perform regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems, conducting preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected failures.
- Maintain a scheduled plan for checking and servicing electrical systems and machinery to ensure safe operation.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all electrical installations adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and follow safety protocols for electrical work to prevent hazards and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the health and safety department to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support for the installation and operation of new electrical systems and machinery.
- Support the production team with electrical troubleshooting when needed.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Prepare reports detailing electrical problems, repairs, and replacements performed.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond quickly to electrical emergencies, including power outages, breakdowns, and safety-related incidents, to minimize production downtime.
- Stay on-call for after-hours repairs as needed.
- **Teamwork & Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with other departments such as maintenance, production, and engineering to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to report issues and provide updates on electrical repairs and installations
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
- Hands-on experience with electrical tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to electrical work.
- Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
