**JOB SUMMARY**

The Finance Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of the organization. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities related to billing, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance. The individual in this role is expected to manage these responsibilities efficiently and ensure that the organization's financial operations run smoothly.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Billing Management**:

- Ensure billing is initiated upon the completion of relevant milestones, with written confirmation from the Technical team.
- Maintain an organized record of billing for all projects, including the billing schedule for SWTD.

**GST Compliance**:

- Ensure all billing is GST compliant.
- Monitor and manage input credit as per applicable GST Rules.
- Execute monthly netting off entries for output and input adjustments.
- Reconcile GST accounts on a monthly basis.

**Financial Entries**:

- Accurately record sales entries in Tally accounting software.
- Prepare and submit documents for Bill discounting (SWTD) and ensure timely credit of funds.

**Accounts Receivable**:

- Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Generate and manage e-invoices for B2B and export bills, as well as B2C invoices.
- Maintain proper filing of all sales invoices.

**Tax Compliance**:

- Timely submission of GST R1 and 3B returns.
- Liaison with government departments to address and resolve any demands or notices.

**TDS Management**:

- Perform quarterly reconciliation of TDS receivables against 26AS and follow up for the closure of discrepancies.
- Review and ensure the on-time payment of monthly TDS.
- Review and submit TDS Quarterly and Annual Returns within the specified deadlines.

**Statutory & Regulatory Compliance**:

- Maintain a compliance tracker and ensure that all statutory and regulatory compliances are completed on time.
- Facilitate due diligence or any other audits initiated from time to time.
- Verify investment proofs submitted by employees for tax purposes.

**Audit Management**:

- Ensure the completion of statutory audits on time and without any adverse observations.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualifications**:

- CA Articleship completed (currently pursuing CA Inter).

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in GST and TDS management.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and audit management.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

**Salary Range**:

- INR 20,000 to INR 22,000 per month.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
