Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled **Drum Faculty** for our **Besant Nagar Branch**. The teacher should be capable of handling students from beginner to advanced levels and preparing them for **Trinity College London** and/or **Rockschool (RSL)** graded exams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct individual or small group drum classes
- Teach grade-wise syllabus (Trinity / Rockschool)
- Prepare students for graded exams and internal performances
- Maintain student progress records and give regular feedback
- Support academy events, workshops, or band performances when needed
**Requirements**:
- Must have **minimum graded certification** in drums (Trinity / Rockschool or equivalent) _- OR - _equivalent playing skills, experience, or teaching ability to confidently prepare students for grade exams
- Prior **teaching experience** preferred
- Able to communicate well in **English** (preferred)
- Availability**:4 PM - 8 PM**, **4 days/week** Compensation & Schedule:
- **Part-time** role
- **Monthly Classes**: 8
- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
