**Job Description**:
**Main Purpose of Job**:This position will be responsible for facilitating admin services to internal and external stakeholders i.e. guest management, attending customer complaints and resolution, answer and direct phone call to user departments and to provide cost effective & qualitative office administration services which includes drafting correspondences, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining electronic files. **Responsibility MatrixA **Customer Complaint Management / CRM 60%**B **Office Admin, Hospitality, Travel and Facility Management 40%

Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.10. Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports on daily basis.11. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.12. Deliver messages to concerned official.13. Vendor and Billing management of admin service providers

**Knowledge Required: Customer and Personal Service**: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.**English & Gujarati Language**: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.**Administrative**: Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and workplace terminology.
