Sales Associate Telecalling

**Overview**: We are searching for a motivated Sales Associate Telecalling Representative to help our firm generate sales. You will be in charge of closing transactions over the phone and maintaining positive client relationships. **Required experience**: - Using scripting, contact prospective or current consumers to tell them about a product or service. - Answer questions about the firm or its goods. - In order to close sales, you should ask questions to better understand the needs of your customers. - When necessary, refer leads to the field sales team. - Enter and update customer data in the database. - Orders must be taken and processed correctly. - Handle complaints to protect the company's reputation. Go the "extra mile" to fulfill sales targets and enable future transactions. - Keep track of calls and sales, as well as any valuable information. **Skills Required**: - Experience as a Telecalling sales representative or in another sales/customer service function is required. - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, ideally over the phone. Working understanding of necessary computer programmes (e.g. CRM software) and phone systems. - Knowledge of products and services, as well as the ability to describe/explain them to prospects - Excellent command of the English language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and capable of dealing with rejection - Excellent negotiating abilities, as well as the capacity to resolve difficulties and handle grievances
