Job Title: Insurance Marketing Executive

Experience: 0-3 years

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month plus Incentives

Education: Any Graduation

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on various insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
- Customize insurance solutions to meet the specific needs of individual clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of changes and developments in the insurance industry.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field-based environment.
- Experience in the insurance industry is mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
