Waiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests' needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage tables, taking orders, serving courses, and handling payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.
- Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Upsell and promote menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Perform additional tasks as required by management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
