**Reading and interpreting blueprints**:Accurately interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements for each project.
- **Material preparation**:Cleaning, grinding, and positioning metal components to be welded according to project specifications.
- **Selecting welding parameters**:Choosing the correct filler wire, gas mixture, amperage, voltage, and wire feed speed for the welding task at hand.
- **Operating MIG welding equipment**:Setting up and operating the MIG welding machine to create consistent, high-quality welds.
- **Performing quality checks**:Inspecting welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, and improper penetration, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- **Maintaining equipment**:Regularly cleaning and maintaining welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- **Safety compliance**:Following all safety procedures related to welding, including proper personal protective equipment usage.
- **Troubleshooting issues**:Identifying and resolving problems with welding equipment or welding process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
