**Role**:

- Achieve planned production targets by effective utilization of resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce quality products.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Monitor and update daily productions and quality control performance records.
- Allocating work to operators shift wise/day wise.
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Ensure to work with minimum WIP stock as specified.
- Ensure the shop floor requirements to comply with IMS and 5S requirements.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing i.e. revises drawing, BOM, accurate work
- Liaise with production planner/scheduler for ensuring the released products have adequate BOM and routings
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
- Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- D.M.E with 10+ Years Experience or B.E. (Mechanical) with 6+ Years Experience
- Good Knowledge in Production Process
- Good knowledge of ISO Standards, Lean Manufacturing, Time Study
- Proven track record and working knowledge in Manufacturing Industry especially in Motors, Fans

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
