**Job description**:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

Maintaining historical records, Paying employees by verifying expense reports, and preparing paychecks

Paying vendors by setting up payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit

Checking and verifying receipts against reimbursement amount.

Making sure the company pays bills on time

Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data

Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits

Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Working on other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management

Working on sales and service tax submission and payment in the government portal

Staying updated on the changes, if any, for regulatory payments

Any ad-hoc tasks, as required

**Location**: Mumbai [Remote]

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
