**Job Profile**

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Fresher who has a passion for learning new-age marketing skills. You’ll be spending part of your time on content planning, development, and managing paid ads**.** You’ll be spending the rest of your time helping us grow Photojaanic’s ranking on Brand Stores, marketplaces, deal sites, and outreachin India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, the US, Canada, etc. To accomplish this, you’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Product teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments for optimization, digital marketing as well as consumer behavior and recommend improvements.
- Deeply understand our target customers and usages for respective target countries.
- Market (competitor) research and optimization of Products under selected categories
- Optimizing Product content and creatives to improve ranking and position.
- Research and write briefs for Content Creatives to coordinate with graphic designers and video creators to create content for listings.
- Analyze the results of optimization, gather learnings, and plan for improvements.
- Collaborate with the Product, Stores, and Services team.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and style as per branding Guidelines.

**Qualification**
- Freshers can apply.
- Digital marketing certification or experience will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of FB Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Marketplace optimization is an added advantage. ( Eg Amazon, Lazada, Shopee )
- Disciplined, analytical approach
- Good communication skills.
- Should be willing to work in a dynamic startup environment.
- Active on Social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
