Cre (Customer Relation Executive)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products/services.
- Ensure customer retention through personalized service and attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
