**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate product/service features to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while maintaining profitability.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company objectives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales role (preferably in [industry]).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
