**Role/Designation**

**CRM (CSE)**

1. Receive the inquiry, Quote for the inquiry, follow up for the inquiry, Convert/take feedback for the inquiry
2. Post conversion coordinate with ops team, Update the main milestones of the shipment
3. Shipment received at port/agents’ warehouse, Shipped on board
4. Give etd & eta, Inform if there is any delays, Give complete documents to customers on sailing of the shipment
5. Intimate arrival of the shipment, Ask for catalogue/technical literature, Inform for duty amount to be kept ready, Share BOE filing status
6. Update customer for duty payment, Inform customer for examination and delivery status, Update that the delivery is being done and share the transporter details
- eway bill etc
7. Confirm if the delivery has been received, Ensure timely delivery of invoices, Confirm if customer has received the invoices
8. Take follow up for payment, Ask feedback for the shipment handled, Ask for new business and 5 new references.

**Sales Coordinator (NBD)**

1. Receive the inquiry from the customer/ salesperson
2. Quote for the inquiry
3. Follow up for the inquiry
4. Convert/take feedback for the inquiry
5. Post conversion coordinate with ops team
6. Update the main milestones of the shipment
7. Resolve the sales queries with the help of the salesperso

**Sales Executive (Male)**

Should be social media savvy and must know how to leverage it.
He should be able to generate leads, contact them, set up appointments and meeting and should display a high percentage of converting prospects into customers.
An effective negotiator should be able to negotiate rates with shipping lines, overseas agents; should be able to negotiate terms with clients.
Make proposals to send to clients, follow up with the prospective clients and close leads.
Take feedback from clients on given rates.
Should be willing to travel within Maharashtra
Should be able to market to members of our fraternity i.e., custom house agents freight forwarders.
Should have a pleasing, outgoing personality as displayed by extroverts.
Will have to sign a non-disclosure bond.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- custom clearance & freight forwarding: 1 year (preferred)
- working in logistics company: 1 year (preferred)
