**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes.
- Prepare lesson plans and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, collaboration, and engagement among students.
- Organise laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations to enhance theoretical understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.
