Job Description: Senior Consultant/Manager - Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)

**Location**: Mumbai, India

**Experience Required**: 3+ years

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and exploit security vulnerabilities, providing detailed findings and recommendations to clients.
- Develop and execute test plans, methodologies, and scripts to uncover vulnerabilities.
- Analyze and interpret results from various security testing tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and executive summaries for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technology advancements.
- Assist in the development and improvement of VAPT methodologies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cybersecurity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security architectures.
- Proficiency with common VAPT tools such as Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit, etc.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and custom testing purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of cloud security and experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Experience in conducting social engineering assessments and red team exercises.

Pay: Up to ₹1,900,000.00 per year
