**Responsibilities**:

- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on plastic manufacturing techniques, materials, and technologies. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to identify potential opportunities for process and product improvements.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with the R&D team to provide valuable insights and assist in the development of new plastic products. Utilize your knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes to optimize product design and manufacturability.
- Testing and Quality Control: Support the R&D team in conducting tests and experiments on plastic materials and prototypes. Ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards and perform as expected.
- Data Collection and Documentation: Accurately collect and organize data from experiments, tests, and trials. Maintain detailed records of research findings to share with the R&D team and other stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements in plastic manufacturing to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve cost-effective production.
- Equipment and Tooling: Familiarize yourself with the machinery, tools, and equipment used in plastic manufacturing. Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper utilization and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Assist in troubleshooting issues related to plastic manufacturing processes and provide recommendations for effective solutions.
- Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations while working in the R&D lab and manufacturing areas. Promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor products, and consumer demands in the plastic manufacturing industry. Contribute valuable insights to our R&D efforts based on your findings.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team, engineers, and other departments to facilitate seamless information flow and foster a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry or a relevant field is preferred, but enthusiastic fresh graduates with relevant coursework will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute effectively to research and experimentation.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of quality control methods to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
