
Front Office Telecaller

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
Ø Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Ø Organize and maintain files and records, update when necessary.
Ø Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
Ø Record meeting minutes and dictations.
Ø Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed.
Ø Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
Ø Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Ø Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
**REQUIRMENTS:
- **
- Minimum Qualifications +3.
- Work experience as a tele caller, tele marketer, or similar role in the sales department.
- Outstanding problem solving skills.
- Good time management abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
