Job Description: Airline Contracting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate contracts with airlines to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for our company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline partners to maximize cooperation and mutual benefit.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to align contracting efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to airline contracting.
- Provide regular reports and updates on contract negotiations, performance, and industry trends to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in the contracting process.
- Represent the company in negotiations and meetings with airline representatives, demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in airline contracting, aviation sales, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and relationship management in the airline industry.
- Strong understanding of airline economics, pricing strategies, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Willingness to travel as needed..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
