Jr.Quantity Surveyor - Job Description

To assist senior Quantity Surveyor in various tasks: related to execution in interior projects. Should be knowledge of Auto CAD

Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior projects.

Prepare work orders and comparative statements.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, contractors and sub contractors. Review and analyze contract terms to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Measure and quantify materials and labor needed for projects.

Regularly monitor project costs, identify variances and prepare reports. Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures when necessary

Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on project costs, financial status and addressing any client concerns related to budgeting.

Should visit the sites whenever required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
