**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e., sourcing Job requirements from Prime Vendors, Clients, etc., to submitting the Bench Consultants.
- Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, contract-to-hire positions.
- Should be able to source requirements for consultants through job boards like Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn & other social networks
- Strong knowledge of negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/full-time requirements.
- Knowledge of various tax terms (1099, W2,C2C)
- Marketing OPT, H1b Transfer, H1B, GC, and Citizen Consultants
- Track the submissions/Mappings and make regular follow-ups
- Expert in Bench Sales including visa types OPT, CPT, H1B s, TN s, GC s, USC s & EADs
- Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.
- Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and negotiation skills
- Good Knowledge on US IT Staffing, Bench sales Recruiter, US IT Recruitment
- Strong convincing skills

**Salary**: ₹179,388.00 - ₹399,991.00 per year
