Hands-on experience and knowledge of Data Warehouse best practices, Teradata, Hadoop, and Informatica ETL, and working knowledge of SDLC/agile methodology is required for the role. Your responsibilities will include: Datawarehouse Architect:
**Responsibilities**:

- Define the LDM,CDM and PDM for data analytics project
- Analyze and organize raw data
- Experience in developing and maintaining the complex data repositories
- Experience in handling slowly changing dimension datasets, master data management
- Expertise in defining the enterprise data warehouse as well as Dimensional data model using star/snowflake schema
- Build data systems and pipelines
- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition,

operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
- Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
- Build algorithms and prototypes
- Identify opportunities for data acquisition
- Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects

**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
- Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring

(SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design
- Data engineering certification (e.g IBM Certified Data Engineer) is a plus
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

8+ years experience in Data Warehousing including the following:

- 2+ years of hands on ETL (i.e, Informatica/Data Stage) experience
- 2+ years of hands on Big Data Experience (Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
- 2+ Unix/Linux scripting experience o 4+ years Database experience in SQL Server/ Oracle/ MySQL/Postgres SQL o 8+ years experience working in a cross-functional environment
- 8+ years of Teradata experience or related Appliance, PowerBI, Tabular Data Models

**Tech stack**:

- Mysql, Postgresql, sql server Database platform, ETL tools like Talend(preferred), SSIS,
- Data visualization Tool: Power BI, Tableau.Knowledge on Javascript : highcharts, D3.js good to have
