**Job Title: Inward & Outward Coordinator** - **Male**

**Job Summary**:
The **Inward & Outward Coordinator** is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of coco peat raw materials and finished products. This role ensures efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and compliance with quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inward (Receiving & Inventory Management)**:

- Coordinate the receipt of raw materials (coconut husks, fiber, and coco peat blocks).
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory databases.
- Work closely with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
- Organize warehouse space for proper storage of raw materials.

**Outward (Dispatch & Logistics Management)**:

- Plan and oversee the dispatch of finished coco peat products to customers.
- Ensure packaging and labeling comply with shipping and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, export documentation).
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in **warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain** (preferably in the coco peat or agriculture industry).
- Strong **organizational and communication skills** to coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Knowledge of **inventory control systems and stock management**.
- Ability to work with **logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)**.
- Understanding of **export documentation and compliance requirements** (for international shipping).

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
