**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Liase with OT floor cordinater and nursing to determine balance due from patient
- Close and settle bills in all IP patients
- Follow procedure to collect cash before printing bills for OP and IP patients
- Track procedures performed by external consultants from OT register
- Obtain approval for procedures and pay-outs to visiting consultants
- Submit approved list of procedures to accounts department for pay-out
- Prepare payments for external doctors based on monthly/periodic IVF/IUI procedure details
- Collect balance amount from patients after insurance approval
- Tally cash and card settlements with collection reports
- User data to be clear in collection and cash/card deposit with accounts
- Identify and support accounts department in clearing issues or mistakes in collection on same day
- Provide supporting details to accounts department on refunds
- Provide supporting details to accounts department on discounts
- Maintain a file of authorized discount letters
- Ensure weekly settlement of advances with accounts department
- Create NICU payout document on comparision with patient bills
- Direct/guide all the incoming patients to the concerned Consultant/Department.
- Liase with OT floor cordinater and nursing to determine balance due from patient
- When reports are received from Lab, enter it in the lab book and file it according to the lab number and cross check with the register
- Refunds procedure to be made and sent to accounts department after admin signature for payment / preparing the cheque
