We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator & Videographer to join our dynamic team at Bariks Luxe Salon.

You will be responsible for producing engaging video and photo content that showcases our salon's services, products, and brand aesthetic.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Video Production**:

- Conceptualize, storyboard, and script engaging video content highlighting our salon's services, promotions, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Film high-quality videos on-site, including hair styling tutorials, client testimonials, and salon ambiance.
- Capture footage that highlights our stylists' expertise, creativity, and the unique atmosphere of our salon.

**2. Photography**:

- Take captivating photographs of our salon's interior, exterior, staff, and clients to showcase our brand identity and services.
- Create visually appealing content for our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
- Ensure that all images reflect our brand's aesthetic and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms.

**3. Video Editing**:

- Edit video footage to create polished, professional-quality content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials.
- Add graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the overall impact and engagement of the videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team/ PR to ensure that all videos align with our brand's messaging and marketing objectives.

**4. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update our social media platforms with fresh, engaging content on a regular basis.
- Monitor trends and best practices in social media content creation to continuously improve our content strategy.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video production, photography, and video editing, preferably in a salon or beauty industry setting.
- Proficiency with video editing software and fast video editing.
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our salon team and marketing department.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Video editing: 1 year (preferred)
- Photography: 1 year (preferred)
