**Job Description - Female Sales Executive**

**Location**: Netaji Subhash Place, D Mall, Delhi

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Hours**: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
**Gender Requirement**: Female Only
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery.
- Provide product details, design options, and price guidance.
- Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain jewellery displays and store cleanliness.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries, exchanges, and returns politely.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
- Experience in jewellery/retail sales preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English an advantage).
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
