Tution Teacher

**Curriculum and Lesson Planning**:Preparing lesson plans, selecting appropriate learning materials, and adapting teaching strategies based on student progress and feedback.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:Assessing student strengths and weaknesses, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Maintaining open communication with students, parents, and sometimes teachers to discuss progress, address concerns, and collaborate on strategies for improvement.
- **Creating a Positive Learning Environment**:Fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to learn and achieve their full potential.
- **Study Skills Development**:Helping students develop effective study habits, time management skills, and test-taking strategies.

Qualifications:

- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with students and create a positive learning environment.
- **Patience and Empathy**:Demonstrating patience, understanding, and empathy towards students' individual learning needs and challenges.
- **Organization and Time Management**:Being organized and able to manage multiple students and schedules effectively**

**Job Type**: Part-time
