- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs are aligned with the clients' branding guidelines and convey a consistent brand message.
- **Social Media Graphics**: Design engaging visuals tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring optimized formats for each.
- **Ad Creatives**: Develop high-converting creatives for paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- **Video and Animation Support**: Assist in creating basic animations or motion graphics for social media and video marketing when required.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with current design trends and best practices to ensure that the company’s output remains fresh, innovative, and on-brand.
- **Requirements**:_
- **Proficiency in Design Software**: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other graphic design tools.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- **Strong Portfolio**: Demonstrable design skills through a strong portfolio of previous work, showcasing a variety of design styles and approaches.
- **Creativity**: Ability to translate client needs into visually compelling designs.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to work with teams and present ideas clearly.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- **Video Editing Skills (Bonus)**: Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
